Your privacy choices

You can read these choices without signing in. Sign in to the Privacy Centre to verify your identity and manage information linked to your account.

Withdraw consent

Open Manage consents, choose the purpose and select Withdraw. This stops future processing that relies on that consent; it does not undo processing already carried out or erase records that must legally be retained. Device permissions and service consents are separate choices.

Control device permissions

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, then Apps, then Xcelerate to manage available camera, microphone, photos and location permissions. Location controls are also available under Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Xcelerate. Notification controls are under Settings → Notifications → Xcelerate. On Android, open Settings → Apps → Xcelerate → Permissions or Notifications. Menu names vary by operating-system version.

You can refuse or revoke optional permissions. The related feature may become unavailable. Contact Camblish about an approved attendance alternative if you cannot use a location or biometric feature.

Access, correction and deletion

Use the links above to submit a tracked request and return to the Privacy Centre to view its reference and status. Account deletion is a request to delete the account and associated eligible personal information, rather than merely deactivate access. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. See Data Deletion and Privacy Requests for verification, processing and lawful retention details.

Assistance and other privacy requests

If you cannot sign in, or wish to request biometric deletion or discuss a privacy concern, email [email protected]. Include your account email or username and the requested action. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or biometric data.
